 Joining the dog day care program at Dogmore is conditional upon your dog being able to get along with other dogs, for obvious reasons. If your dog tends to experience socialisation difficulties we would be happy to work with him or her to resolve any such issues. Once this process is satisfactorily completed your dog would be welcome to take part in our dog day care program, all at our discretion.  

 All dogs must wear a regular collar (not a slip collar), fastened tight enough so that it will not slip over the head but not too tight. A disc bearing the owner’s telephone number must be attached to the collar.

  You hereby acknowledge that you are fully aware of the fact the Dogmore provides a day care environment whereby dogs mix together. This applies to day care and kennelled dogs. If your dog requires to be kept separately you need to discuss this with us. Only a written undertaking by us to keep your dog separately will constitute our consent to do so. Such consent will be given at our sole discretion. If you are leaving more than one dog in our boarding kennels, you hereby acknowledge that your dogs will be kept together in the same kennel. Any other instructions need to be submitted in writing.

 When dogs mix together and engage in play or otherwise, they sometimes get injured. If you object to this possibility you should think carefully whether using day care is suitable for you or your dog. The dogs play and are supervised, but at times injury will be unavoidable. We will not, under any circumstances, be held liable to injury sustained by dogs from other dogs in the centre.

 The first time you bring your dog(s) to the centre we would require to see and obtain a copy of his, her or their vaccinations certificate, which must show up-to-date treatment. Your dog would otherwise not be permitted to come into the centre. No exceptions! In addition, up to date deworming and defleaing treatment is also required and by signing this document you are confirming that your dog has been properly treated and will continue to be treated at the appropriate intervals. It is your responsibility to keep vaccinations and treatments up to date.

 Use of our pick up and drop off service is conditional upon us obtaining a key for your house, unless there is someone in throughout pick up and drop off times. No exceptions.  

 Payment is by direct debit. A signed direct debit mandate is required prior to making use of our services. Please note that Dogmore has appointed the BACS approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk) to collect payments and Eazy Collect will be shown on your bank statement. Use of boarding kennels without day care does not require direct debit. For boarding dogs only payment must then be made by cheque, cash, credit or debit card at the time of collection.

 If for whatever reason your dog is unable to attend the centre, no charges would be applied, provided that you notify us prior to planned pick up (by us).

 While we will do our best to keep a watchful eye and will keep bitches in season separately, we will not be held responsible for a bitch falling pregnant. This is the sole responsibility of owners.

 If your dog happens to require medical care while at the centre veterinary and other bills relating to your dog’s condition and medical care would be covered by you. If your dog requires medical attention while at the centre we will use our local veterinary surgery.

 Dogmore will not cover damage to bedding or toys left for dogs boarding with us.

 Pick up by Dogmore would be carried out between 7 am and 9 am, or as otherwise agreed. Drop off by Dogmore would be between 5 pm and 8 pm, or as otherwise agreed. Drop off at the centre by owner would be any time after 08:00 am. Pick up from the centre by owner would be no later than 06:00 pm. Being late to pick up a dog, thus forcing staff to remain at the centre, would incur a charge of £5 until 6:20. If dogs are not collected by that time the will automatically put in our boarding kennels until the next morning and boarding charges would apply.

 Dogmore does not operate a pick up and drop off service during the weekend for day care or boarding kennels.

 Pick up and drop off for boarding is by arrangement only and is not guaranteed prior to an arrangement being made. There will be no pick up by us for boarding  after owners depart to go on holiday.  If you are going on holiday and departing before we can pick up your dog, the dog will have to be picked up (by us) or dropped off (by you) a day earlier.

 Dogmore maintains the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, or to refuse admittance to a dog for whatever reason.
