“I was at a loose end with my new rescue dog both in terms of training her and the day care whilst I was at work. I was then recommended DOGMORE by a friend. DOGMORE’s approach was extremely supportive and professional and soon both owner and dog’s mind were put at ease. My dog loves her time at day care socialising with the other dogs and the training has made a huge difference to her behaviour at home as well. Thank you!” Louise Ramsay, Cramond.
“Tilly was only 6 months old when she started to go to to Dogmore day care centre.
Being a border collie she required a lot of training and attention. She has learnt
so much in 4 months at Dogmore. People we meet comment on how well behaved she is
for a 10 months old dog. We just can’t praise Dogmore enough. A very Big Thank You!”
Janice & Graham Watt, East Craigs.
“Our dog Reiver is a typical cocker spaniel being so full of mischief and energy.
After only a couple of lessons with Nir, Reiver still has this boundless enthusiasm,
but I can now control him in every environment, including allowing him off the lead
on long walks easy in the knowledge that he will come to my call. Nir’s understanding
of dogs is amazing and his training methods are simple and easy to implement, whilst
also very effective.”
Craig Bryen, Rosewell.
“I never imagined that Sam would be able to go to daycare due to his problems with
getting along with other dogs but under the supervision of Nir and Sue, Sam gets
on with all the dogs at Dogmore. He trots off happily in the morning without a backward
glance and returns in the evening tired and happy, having had lots of walks, paddles
in the river and fun with his new pals.”
Eleanor MacDonald, Craigleith
“We had decided to accept the fact that our one year old collie was always going to pull on the lead and run off whenever she got the chance .We had previously tried group training classes though unsuccessfully. We had seen Dogmore advertised locally and decided to give it a try as Shadow was becoming too strong for my wife to handle outside.
At our first meeting Nir informed us that two -
The transformation in our dog is unbelievable. Walking to heel after the first session and recall control after the second.
Many thanks for the help you have given us to make Shadow the ideal family pet.”
Davie and Jane Gowen, Kirkliston
“I love a day out at Dogmore. I get picked up just after breakfast, and spend the
day playing with my friends, toys, having long walks and sometimes a swim in the
river. And I’m always back in time for tea and a snooze!”

“You may have seen the Dog Whisperer on TV. Well this man is better. Nir's knowledge and skill in training dogs is second to none and is truly amazing. He has the ability to tailor a training program to the specific needs of you and your dog, be it that you're just looking for an obedient pet or to go into the show ring. Gaia used to pull me everywhere but after a couple of lessons with Nir, she walks perfectly to heel. Gaia and I are now working towards taking part in obedience competitions and with Nir's guidance I know we're both going to do well.”
Seonaid Cooper, Blackburn
“Alfie has been going to Dogmore day care for nearly three months and he absolutely loves it. He is just over a year and has so much energy that I was found I had no time for myself or my partner because Alfie required constant entertainment and watching. Now he has calmed down considerable and is so well behaved when he comes home from the centre. He loves other dogs and the team at Dogmore are so good with him that I know he is in very safe and capable hands.
Thank you all from Alfie and I.”
Caroline & Alfie St Johnston, Clermiston
“Nir Loves Dogs!
To see him communicate with the dogs in his care, you know that he is tuned into a dog’s way of being and always has complete control.
And he’s great with the owners too! He exudes a quiet, patient confidence. During training sessions his instructions are clear, his manner understanding and concerned. And it’s Fun!
Robbie, my beautiful GSD, goes to Dogmore for day care, kennelling and training.
Robbie Loves Nir.”
